钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固小偏压RC柱中聚合物砂浆的作用分析

摘    要:高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固法作为目前一项崭新的结构加固技术,正越来越多地使用在混凝土结构加固工程中。在考虑和忽略聚合物砂浆的强度2种情况下,分别进行了在该技术加固下的小偏心RC柱正截面极限承载力计算。结果显示聚合物砂浆的强度在该加固中不可忽略,并归纳出影响聚合物砂浆强度对正截面承载力提高的因素,其中主要影响因素有偏心距,聚合物砂浆的厚度、强度,钢绞线网间距、钢绞线面积以及加固柱混凝土强度等级。

Abstract:The composite cover combined with high strength wire mesh and polymer mortar is a new strengtheing technique and the technology is being ing increasingly. Calculate the bearing capacity of technique under two conditions which considering results shows that the polymer mortar strength used in the reinforced concrete structure engineer- the eccentrically loaded RC columns by the new and neglecting the polymer mortar strength. The can not be ignored in the reinforcement and summarise the factors. Following are the main influencing factors : eccentricity, thickness and strength of polymer mortar, spacing of the wire mesh and area of steel wire, strength grade of concrete.
