| Abstract: | In this paper, the author introduced current situation and existing problems of Taiyuan atmospheric pollution since ＂the eleventh five years plan＂. Combining practice of development of Taiyuan economy and society in ＂the twelfth five years plan＂, the author put forward countermeasures of preventive treatment around creating national and environmental model city and building city of blue sky and green hills and blue waters. |
