高职院校单招生学习动机激发的途径和策略

摘    要:目前高职院校单独招考学生普遍存在缺乏学习动机、学习意志力薄弱、学习习惯不佳等现象。教育学中的学习动机理论,例如强化论、需要层次理论、成就动机理论、归因理论、自我效能感理论等,对于激发高职单招生的学习动机都有一定的启发。

Abstract:Students separately recruited in college usually have the following in common:the lack of learning motivation, the lack of willpower and bad learning habits,etc. Learning motivation theories such as strengthening theory, hierarchy of needs theory, achievement motivation theory, attribution theory and self-efficacy theory, can help to stimulate learning motivation in some ways.
