An Inquirement into the Problems of Resources and Environment in the Process of China''''s Rurual Urbnization

Since the policy of reforms and opening to outside in the past eighteen years,china's rural ecnomy has developed rapidiy and rural enterprises has been flourishing. It Has been an unreversed trend that the rural urbanization accelerates its progress in today's social economic life.However ,with the unfold of this kind of process,outcome accordingly a chain of social economical problems. The article discusses from the transformation in the structure of rural region functions during the rural urbanization,making an attempt to thrown light on the followlling questions:the causes,mechanism and present conditions of resourses-wasted and enviroment-spoilled with the transformation.At the same time,it also promotes suggestion about how to exploit,utilize and protect resourses and enviroments appropriately during the course of rural urbanization so as to realize the blue-print of coodinate and sustained development of reginal ecnomly.
