| Abstract: | We emphasizes the importance of studying complex systems along with the coming of knowledge economy.In order to obtain a reasonable managementdecision quickly and economically, computer simulation is proposed to make dynamic analysis for the evolution of complex systems. Finally an example is given to get the optimal management decision by means of the genetic algorithm. |
