股骨髁Y形不稳定骨折不同内固定方法的生物力学研究与临床应用

摘    要:为了对股骨髁 Y形不稳定骨折不同内固定方式进行定量生物力学评价 ,为临床治疗提供理论依据 ,从理论和实验上对股骨髁 Y形骨折 ,用三种不同内固定方法加以固定 ,进行实验应力分析 .发现在受同等载荷条件下 ,L形钢板 -螺栓固定方法内固定最佳 ;单独用 L形钢板内固定次之 ;而只用加压钢板内固定的股骨的强刚度较差 ( P<0 .0 1) .

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to make biomechanical evaluation of three different internal fixation of Y shaped instable fracture of femoral condyle.By means of stress analysis,mechanics analysis for the internal fixation of fracture of femoral condyle is made experimentally and theoretically.Ithas been proved thatthe internalfixation with L shaped condyle steelplate and boltis better than that with L shaped condyle steel plate and compressed steel plate.There exist distinct differences in stress and displacementbetween two condyles ( P<0 .0 1 ) .The combined fixation of L shaped condyle stress plate and boltis a very good internal fixation method for curing the fracture of femoral condyle.Itis well worth application and popularization.
