复合固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/Ti-La-O催化合成DOP的研究

摘    要:复合固体超强酸SO42 - /Ti La O对DOP的合成有较高的催化活性 ,苯酐 2h的转化率超过 99% 并找出了DOP合成的最佳条件 :催化剂用量 1.0g、醇酐比 3.0∶1、反应时间 2 .5h .该催化剂具有耐水性强、可重复使用、再生容易、不污染环境等优点 .

Abstract:The composite solid superacid SO 4 2- /Ti La O has high catalytic activity on the synthesis of DOP. The conversion of phthalic anhydride is not less than 99% after two hours. The conditions of synthesis of DOP have been studied. The best technology condition has been found: the quantity of catalyst is 1.0g, the ratio of octanol and phthalic anhydride is 3.0:1, the time of reaction is 2.5h. This kind of solid superacid has many advantages, such as being able to use several, recovery very easy, high water resistibility, less corrosion for the equipment and less pollution to the environment.
