| 摘 要： | 云南民办教育最突出的亮点是民办高等教育和民办幼儿教育,20所民办高校占全国民办高校的近2.9%,3431所民办幼儿园占全国幼儿园总数的近3.0%,在西部均居先进行列,但在同公立教育竞争中均处于弱势。民办高校只有依靠发展专业特色、培养动手能力强的高技能人才,从而确立自身独特的竞争优势;民办幼儿教育发展的关键取决于能否在自我发展中造就园长们丰富而灵活的职业能力,培养大批优秀的保育和教育人才。
