| Abstract: | According to the many years' experiences of being employed in the scientific research management, and connecting with the reality of the university, this paper probes into the scientific research management of university from four aspects of renewing the conception and being bold in making innovations, improving the quality and laying stress on the service, combining the scientific research with the teaching and promoting each other, emphasizing the fundamental research and stressing the points for the purpose of exchanging with the people of the same field and increasing the level of the scientific research management. |
