皮亚杰、埃里克森、西尔斯的心理发展理论探讨

摘    要:皮亚杰的认识论、埃里克森的精神分析论、西尔斯的学习理论都对心理发展、心理发展的阶段以及影响心理发展因素、心理结构等进行了论述,但在发展阶段的划分上和对影响心理发展因素的强调上以及心理结构的划分等方面又有所不同。我们从其异同之处可以吸收合理的成分,更加辩证客观地认识人的心理发展过程。

Abstract:J. Piaget's epidemiological theory , E.H. Erikson's Psychoanalytical theory and R. R. Seans's learning theory have e- qually well explained psychological development, its various stages, a variety of factors involved in the development and models of psychological structures, but not all theoretical elements are shared among them : the three theories are different from each other in terms of development division, importance attached to involved factors and structuring psychological organization. By comparing differences and similarities in those theoretical aspects, this article leads us to a clearer and more objective understand- ing of human psychological development.
