摘    要:早操作为增强学生体质,提高学生体育意识,养成终身锻炼习惯的主要手段,目前在全国高校中广泛推行。如何提高早操的效能是高校体育工作者颇为关注的问题。结合调查与工作实践,就此展开分析,试图为早操的科学管理提供依据。

Abstract:In order to carryout essentials of an entire nation Body-Buildig Program,all the colloges and uniressities negard morning exercises as one of the main methods which can build up student's health,improve their consciousness of physical training and form a lifelorg habit of regular exercises. We made careful study and allalysis of the management of morning exercises and the way of making morning exercises more efficieat.Now we provide firm basis for the improvement of peopte's cognition and the present situation of morning erercises.
