Nd:YIG中旋轨耦合对磁矩和磁光效应的影响

摘    要:应用量子理论计算了Nd:YIG中Nd3 离子基态旋轨耦合对离子磁矩、磁光效应以及磁光系数的影响. 计算结果表明, 这种影响很大, 而且磁矩、磁光效应以及磁光系数与相对旋轨耦合系数α的关系是非线性的.

Abstract:The influence of the spin-orbit coupling of the ground configuration on the magnetization, the magneto-optical effects and the magneto-optical coefficient are calculated by using quantum theory. The results show that the influence is large, and the magnetization, the magneto-optical effects and the magneto-optical coefficient are not grew linearly with increasing strength of the spin-orbit interaction.
