| 摘 要： | 组合报价法用画有承包商的价格－时间曲线的CB图来解释获得价格－时间参数的机理，业主用单位时间价格UTV来影响承包商的组合报价，根据UTV对承包商报价方案的影响分析，建立一种计算最优报价参数的数学模型，承包商可以用这一模型来确定最优报价参数，进行投标决策，从而提高决策的科学性，赢得更多的承包合同。

| Abstract: | The combination bidding (CB) method illustrates the principle of requirement price-time parameters by use of contractors' price-time curve.Employers use the unit time value (UTV), and then influence the CB of contractors.According to the analysis about the UTV how to influence contractors' bidding plans,we set up a mathematical model about the calculation of the optimum bidding parameters.Contractors can also use this model to decide the optimum bidding parameters, and bid goals, and may be get more contracts than before. |
