| Abstract: | Main subunlts of the silk fibroin were separated by GFC (gel filtration chromatography) technigue. The native silk fibroin and a, c subunlts were measured by gel elec-trophoresis. The aminoacld compositions of the native silk fibroin and a, c subunits were analyzed by means of aminoacid measurement. Some properties of silk was interpreted in view of subunit composition of silk fibroin. |
