摘    要:应用比磨削能磨削理论,分析高速高效磨削中的成屑机理与能量消耗,提出产生磨削热的原因,磨削区温度的预测与在线监控方法。具有一定的应用价值,可供从事磨削研究的相关工程技术人员参考。

Abstract:Adopting specific grinding theory, the cutting debris mechanism and energy consumption are analyzed, and the reason of grinding heat as well as the method of grinding zone temperature forecast and on-line inspection are advanced, which is of much value in application and for reference in related research in grinding studies.
