| 摘 要： | 校务公开将高校享有的公共权力置于群众的监督之下,使广大教职工真正地享有民主管理、民主监督的权力.校务公开是高等学校扩大基层民主,推进社会主义民主政治建设的重要组成部分,是教育领域实现政治文明建设的重要途径.实践证明,校务公开是一个长期的过程,目前还存在着不少问题,需要广大教职工坚持不懈的用发展的观念来完善校务公开.
