速冻蔬菜中粪链球菌的检测

摘    要:以研究粪链球菌替代大肠菌群作为冷冻食品的卫生指标菌的检测方法.以叠氮化钠葡萄糖肉汤培养基并加入石蕊指示剂进行9管法检测,配以生理生化证实试验以及用KF平板直接计数法检测冷冻食品中粪链球菌的菌量.结果表明,在所试验的速冻蔬菜的材料中,以粪链球菌作为冷冻食品的卫生指标菌能真实地反映该类食品的卫生状况.

Abstract:Streptoccus feacalis, instead of Colifirms, were tested as a hygiene index of quiekfrozen vegetable. Nine-tube test method was used, The culture medium was sodiumazide-glucose broth with litmus indicator. In the test process, not only was the direct-counting mothod of KF-Streptoccus medium applied to count the number of Streptoccos feacalis, but also physioliogical and biochemical confirmative tests were taken. The results show that Streptoccus feacalis as a hygiene index of quick-frozen vegetables are more sensible than Conlifirms.
