摘    要:目的:建立气相色谱法测定土壤中9种有机氯农药残留量的方法。方法:样品经有机溶剂超声提取,硫酸净化;OV-1701毛细管柱对9种有机氯农药进行分离,电子捕获检测器检测。结果:样品的平均回收率为84.7%~117.1%,RSD为3.36%~7.65%;所测定样品有机氯农药残留量均低于土壤环境质量标准(GB/T 14550-93)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于土壤中9种有机氯农药的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To determine 9 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in soil by gas chromatography with electron capture detector.Methods:Samples were extracted with organic solvent using supersonic fluid extraction.The extracts were cleaned up by concentrated H2 SO4.The column was OV-1701(30m×0.32 mm×0.32μm).Results:The average recoveries were 84.7%~117.1% and RSD were 3.36%~7.65%.The OCPs of the soil are lower than environmental quality standard for soils(GB/T 14550-93).Conclusions:This method is rapid,simple and accurate.It can be used to determine organochlorine pesticides in soils.
