| 摘 要： | 以涂层与基体的结合强度，涂层的耐磨性为指标，测定了不同的工艺条件下电弧喷涂65Mn钢丝涂层与基体的结合强度、涂层的耐磨性，分析了工艺因素对其性能的影响，确定出最佳工艺参数及其配合。 |

| Abstract: | The article takes the link strength of coating and basic-body, the wear resistance of coating as studyobject investigates it under different technological parameters of are spraying 65Mn, examines the effect of technological parameters on the quality of arc spraying 65Mn.In the meantime, the best technological parameters and their combination have been determined. |
