| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the mechanism of cluster network integration and technology knowledge integration accelerating the development of enterprise technological capability by tracing the knowledge essence of high-tech industrial cluster firms, Moreover, this paper discusses the technology learning process of high-tech industrial cluster firms by applying knowledge management and organizational learning theory so as to discuss the basic power of continuously growing of cluster enterprise technology capability. |
