摘    要:采用等位酶电泳技术研究了云南省和四川省西南共 5个县境内金荞麦 (Fagopyrumdibotrys(D .Don)Hara) 5个天然居群的遗传多样性 .金荞麦居群内维持有较高的遗传多样性 ,多态位点比率为 5 6 .7% ,预期杂合度和观察杂合度分别为 0 .2 2 1和 0 .36 3.并对金荞麦与栽培荞麦之间遗传变异作了比较 .

Abstract:Based on allozyme ellectrophoresis, th e genetic diversity and differentiation among 5 wild populations of buckwheat Fagopyrum dibotrys from 5 counties in the Yunlan Province and the southweast p ant of Sichuan Province, China, are studies in this paper. The result shows th at the geneti c diversity within wild populations is high. The percentage of loci polymorphic is 56.7%, the mean expected and observed beterozygosities are 0.221 and 0.363 re pectively. The genetic variation between cultivated buckwheat and wild populatio n is compared.
