| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力剩余是我国农业经济的 典型特征，以我国西部成都平原县域经济的比较发达的 双流县为例，对农村劳动力剩余进行了实证分析，揭示了劳动力剩余的原因，并在此基础上提出了以就地就近转移为主，缓解农村劳动力剩余的对策。

Shuangliu county (whose economy is more developed than others in western China) was chosen as a example, analysis of the situation of labor, problems of excess supply of rural labor, and the methods to solve them were presented. |
