摘    要:建立了亚甲基蓝(MB)-硅钼杂多酸(SiMo)-聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)显色体系测定痕量活性二氧化硅的新方法。在pH=0.77时,非离子表面活性剂OP存在下,亚甲基蓝-硅钼杂多酸离子缔合物的最大吸收波长λmax=595nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.74×105L/(mol·cm),二氧化硅质量浓度在0~0.24μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律 。

Abstract:A new method was developed for determination of the reactive silica based on the system of methylene blue-molybdosilicate-OP polyglycol octylphenyl ether. In the presence of nonionic surfactant OP, methylene blue could react with molybdosilicate to form an ion-associate at pH=0.77. The molar absorptivity of the ion associate was 1.74×105L/(mol·cm) at 595nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~0.24μg/mL SiO2. The method can be applied to the determination of reactive silica in some water samples with satisfactory results.
