| 摘 要： | 现代社会生活的日益丰富和发展需要公共精神的养成,公共精神是随着社会公共交往和公共生活空间的扩大而形成,具备法律、政治和伦理三层含义的现代公民是公共精神承担的主体,而公共领域的生成是公共精神发生的场域条件。公共精神是一种社会美德,它超越于个人私利之外自觉承担社会公共责任和公共义务,公共意识是公共精神形成的首要条件

| Abstract: | The development of modem social life needs the cultivation of public spirit, which is formed along with the enlargement of public intercourse and public life space. The modem citizens are the main body of public spirit, while the formation of public fields is the precondition for the occurrence of public spirit. Public spirit is a kind of social virtue. It goes beyond individual benefits, and carries the public responsibility and obligations of the society. The public consciousness is a primary condition for the forming of public spirit. |
