| 摘 要： | 高校合并给档案工作带来了负面冲击,究其原因主要有领导重视不够、教职员工档案法制观念不强、档案管理人员素质不强、改革中的固有阻力不可避免等.应充分认识档案的基础作用,强化全员档案意识,提高档案工作者的业务素质,狠抓措施落实,以确保高校合并过程中档案的安全、完整.

| Abstract: | Mergence between colleges have negative effects on archives work.The reasons for this are that leaders fail to attach great importance to this work,teaching staffs don't have adequate knowledge of the law of archives work, those in charge of this work are not well trained,etc.Therefore,close attention should be paid to the basic functions of archives and improving vocational skills of those concerned to ensure the safety and intactness of archives in the process of mergence. |
