自动钻铆机铆钉制列系统设计

摘    要:本文是针对飞机装配自动钻铆机而设计的一套铆钉排列系统。系统的工作原理是在运动过程中,物体自身始终具有使其势能最小化的运动趋势。在传送过程中,当钉头在上时铆钉处于一个不稳定的能量状态,在扰动的作用下发生转动,使钉头朝下,从而使所有的铆钉处于相同的排列方向,再通过分离装置分选铆钉使其完全规则地排列在转送带上完成排列。

Abstract:This article designs a set of rivet arrangement system for automatic boring and riveting machine for aeroplane assembly. The principle of work of the system is that the object itself all long has the movement tendency which makes its potential energy minimum in the process of the movement.In the process of the delivery, when the nailheads are on, the rivets will be an unstable state of energy. Under the function of the disturbence, the rivets rotate and cause the nailheads down,thus locate all the rivets in the same arrangement direction, then select the rivets by the disconnecting gear,which makes them completely regularly array on the conveyor belt to finish the arrangement.
