量化分析技术在设计方案评价中的应用

设计阶段的投资控制是建设全过程投资控制的重点，而设计方案是设计阶段投资控制的核心，据此提出了设计阶段投资控制的基本程序。按照技术分析与经济分析相结合、定量分析与定性分析相结合原则，科学构建设计方案评价指标体系和综合评价模型，合理确定评价标准和评价参数，确保从备择方案中选择出优秀方案。在此基础上，分析了价值工程理论、数学规划技术在设计方案改进中的具体应用，以期为设计阶段投资控制的相关部门和人员具体操作提供理论依据。

Application of quantitative analysis method to architectural design evaluation

Investment controlling in design phase is the keystone of the construction process .This paper discusses the basic procedure of investment controlling in design phase based on the architectural design. The index system, universal model, evaluation standard and parameters are constructed from the point of view of the combination of technology and economy and the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in order to choose a good architectural design rightly. The application of value engineering and operation researching to optimization design is also analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretic basis of investment controlling in design phase for related department and personnel.
