试析“东突”问题国际化趋向及在主权制度层面的对策思考

“东突”问题国际化是“东突”分裂主义势力妄图达到把新疆从中国分裂出去这一罪恶目的所采取的手法之一。冷战后,民族主义在世界范围内的再次兴起与泛滥,国外反华势力对“东突”势力的利用,“东突”势力通过各种方式主动寻求“国际支持”,以及跨国民族问题的客观存在,都增加了“东突”问题国际化趋向的风险。这实际上是全球化过程对国家主权制度挑战的表现之一。因此,要增强全体人民的国家认同感和公民意识,并深入贯彻“打击一切形式的恐怖主义”的方针,全面深化国际合作,树立良好国际形象,形成新的思路和办法,坚决捍卫国家核心战略利益。

On the Trend of Internationalization of "Eastern Turkistan" Problems and the Countermeasures for it on Sovereignty
