传统握拳法和握手式握拳法在手背静脉穿刺的应用

目的探讨提高手背静脉穿刺一次性成功的握拳方法。方法随机抽取200例患者同时采用传统握拳法和握手式握拳法实施操作，分析比较结果。结果握手式握拳法在手背静脉穿刺时能提高一次性穿刺成功率，比传统握拳法更具优势（P〈0．05）。结论握手式握拳法能克服传统握拳法中的诸多不足，有效提高一次性穿刺成功率，是手背静脉穿刺时值得推行的一种握拳方法。

Compare study of traditional fist clenching method and shaking hands method in venipuncture of hand vein in hand back veinpuncture

Objective：To explore the fist clenching method and enhance the one-time success rate of venipuneture in hand vein.Methods：200 patients were randomly punctured in tradtional fist clenching method as well as shaking hands method, the one-time success rate of venipuncture were compared. Re- sults： Shaking hands method could enhance the success rate of veinpuneture, had more advantage than the tradtional method （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shaking hands method can avoid the disadvantages of the tradtional fist clenching method effectively, is worthy of clinical application.
