| Abstract: | This paper expatiated on the main problems founded in auditing safety management system(SMS) of shipping enterprises in the 3rd batch,and from the perspective of maritime administration to provide pertinence advices and improvement measures by analyzing them,in order to enhance the formal running of the SMS,and reaching the goal of safety and environment protection. |
