海水养护钙质砂注浆结石体的力学性能试验

摘    要:为探究注浆加固钙质砂地基对海洋环境中吹填岛礁的适应性,研究海水对注浆结石体力学性能的影响规律,为注浆加固钙质砂地基的实际运用提供支撑,利用自主研制的注浆系统制作了钙质砂注浆结石体试件,采取海水养护和自然养护两种方式,开展不同龄期结石体的纵波波速、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、剪切强度等力学性能试验,分析两种养护状态结石体强度参数随养护时长的变化规律。结果表明,试验期内,受海水影响的试件纵波波速大于自然养护的,其强度增长龄期更长,达到的最大单轴抗压强度大于自然养护的,两种养护条件的结石体泊松比随养护时长呈指数下降,后趋向基本恒定值,结石体的剪切强度随养护龄期呈上升趋势,后期随龄期增加不再有大幅度的变化。说明岛礁地基钙质砂注浆后在海水浸泡的影响下,结石体强度能够有效增长,结论为岛礁地基注浆加固提供参考。

Abstract:In order to explore the adaptability of grout-reinforced calcareous sand foundations to the actual islands and reefs marine environment, study the influence of seawater on the mechanical properties of grouted stones, and support the practical application of grout-reinforced calcareous sand foundations, the grouted calcareous sand consolidated specimens were produced with self-developed grouting equipment. Two methods of seawater curing and natural curing were adopted and the relevant tests were applied to measure the longitudinal wave velocity, uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus, porosity of stones of different ages, loose ratio and shear strength of specimens at different ages. The growth law of the strength of the calcareous sand specimens in the two curing states with the curing time was studied. The results show that the longitudinal wave velocity of the specimens affected by seawater is greater than that of natural curing, and its strength growth time is longer; the maximum strength of the specimens during the curing period is greater than that of the natural curing; the Poisson ratio of the stones in two curing conditions varies with the curing time, and it decreases to a constant value exponentially; the shear strength of the stones increases to a stable value with the curing age. It shows that the grouted calcareous sand in the actual islands and reefs can be fully strengthened under the influence of seawater, which provides references for reinforcement by grouting the foundations of islands and reefs.
