D-101型大孔树脂对三萜类成分的吸附性能研究

摘    要:比较D-101、H103、D1400、D4020、AB-8、X-5、NKA-9七种大孔树脂对中药复方金匮肾气丸中总三萜类成分的吸附性能,筛选出效果较好的大孔树脂.以茯苓酸、熊果酸、齐墩果酸、有效部位总四环三萜及总五环三萜的吸附容量和洗脱率为考察指标,研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化的吸附性能和洗脱参数.确定最佳的吸附及解吸工艺参数:上样液质量浓度为0.25g/mL、pH值为4、吸附时间为8 h;洗脱液为pH值为8的90%乙醇,洗脱体积为30 BV.D-101型大孔树脂对复方中有效成分茯苓酸、熊果酸、齐墩果酸及总四环三萜、总五环三萜的吸附量分别为0.131、0.326、0.155、27.962、28.711 mg/g,洗脱率分别为81.73%、83.92%、83.16%、87.08%、85.81%.D101型大孔树脂能有效吸附及解吸金匮肾气丸中的三萜类成分.

Abstract:Absorption performance of macroporous adsorption resins D1400 D-101,X-5,AB-8 and NKA-9 for element of triterpene in jinkui shenqi pill was investigated.Chose the best macroporous adsorption.Took the absorptive capacity and elution efficiency of tumulosic acid,oleanolic acid,malol,triterpene as indexes,the absorption characteristic and elution parameters of separation and purification procedure with macroporous resin were investigated.The best technology parameters of adsorption and desorption was obtained.U...
