| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验的方法,以菟丝子含总黄酮量为评价指标,对菟丝子药材提取工艺进行筛选.结果显示,乙醇质量分数、提取次数和提取时间对实验结果有显著性意义,最佳提取工艺为95%乙醇8倍量,提取2次,每次提取1 h.优化提取工艺简单、稳定可行.

| Abstract: | The extraction process was studied by orthogonal experiment with the content of total flavonoids.The optimum extraction condition of total flavonoids from dodder was to extract it with 95% ethanol about 8 times to the dodder for two times and 1hour per time.The optimized extraction process was simple,stable and feasible. |
