摘    要:在过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定总氮过程中,使用一次性0.45μm过滤器对经碱性过硫酸钾消解后的水样进行过滤处理,去除絮凝沉淀对总氮测定的影响.结果显示,水样经过一次性0.45μm过滤器过滤后,总氮浓度明显增加,略高于"三氮"浓度之和,数据比较合理.一次性0.45μm过滤器能够快速有效地去除絮凝沉淀对总氮测定的影响,提...

Abstract:In detection of total nitrogen by using the potassium persulfate UV spectrophotometry,the 0.45μm filtration is used to filter the digestion samples and remove the insoluble floc that interferences the results of total nitrogen.The total nitrogen of digestion samples filtered by the 0.45μm filtration was increased and higher that the sum of the"three nitrogen" concentration.This result indicatesthat the comparability between the total nitrogen and the "three nitrogen" is improved and the data is reasonable.The 0.45μm filtration can fast and effectively remove the insoluble floc and the utilization of potassium persulfate UV spectrophotometry can improve the accuracy of total nitrogen determination.
