摘    要:建立了床体为圆筒的磁流化床筒化数学模型。采用SIMPLEC算法对此类磁流化床床内的气固两相流动进行数值模拟,并对多种运行条件下床内气固两相流动的数值模拟结果进行分析,获得了磁流化床内气固两相在偏离或接近临界稳定区域的流化特性。通过用相对应的实验装置进行实验验证。结果证明:该简化的双相模型和SIMPLEC算法对磁流化床床内气固两相流场进行数值模拟具较好的适用性和准确性。

Abstract:A simplified mathematical model especially for the cylindrical magnetically fluidized beds is established according to the tow phase model of gas solid magnetically fluidized beds(MFBs). A numerical simulation of gas solid flows in MFBs is done by using SIMPLEC, and the characteristic of fluidization under various operating conditions are derived with the results of the numerical simulations. Finally an experimental setting which is coincident with the modified model is set up. The accuracy and applicability of both the model and the simulation using SIMPLEC for the MFBs are demonstrated with the results of the experiment.
