| 摘 要： | 通过紫外线和紫外线＋亚硝酸复合诱变方法，筛选出一株具较高耐盐性能的酵母菌，其耐盐性能由130g/L提高到240g/L，耐盐度提高了84.6%。

| Abstract: | Through induced mutation of UV and compound induced mutation of UV and HNO 2,a steady strain is successfully selected from quantities of mutations strains.Its salt-resistance performance reaches from 130 g/L to 240 g/L and salt-resistance degree increases 84 6%. |
