柱塞泵机组故障诊断振动信号分析法

摘    要:介绍利用柱塞泵表面振动信号不解体诊断柱塞泵机械运动部件故障的研究 .首先讨论了柱塞泵机组的结构与运动特点 ,确定了振动监测部位 ;其次分析了柱塞泵机组的振动激励源和影响因素 ,根据理论与经验公式 ,计算了各激励源振动特征频率 ,分析研究了柱塞泵组各组件部位故障振动频谱识别特征 .对现场运行设备诊断结果的分析说明 ,利用振动信号对柱塞泵机组主要运动部件状态进行监测与故障诊断是可行的

Abstract:A method is presented for diagnosing the faults of a plunger displacement pump by means of the vibration signals from the surfaces of its moving parts. The monitoring position of every moving part is determined according to the structural and motion characteristics of the plunger displacement pump. The sources and influence factors of the vibration excitations are analyzed. The characteristic frequencies of vibration exciting sources were calculated according to theoretical and empirical formulas. The frequency spectrum characteristics of the vibration exciting sources were determined. The example in field shows that the method is feasible and effective.
