| Abstract: | The continuous education for university librarians is of great urgency, which has been a common understanding in the circles of library science. Starting from the practice, this paper discusses on the necessity and the contents of the continuous education for university librarians, and puts forward some opinions on how to carry out the continuous education at present. |
