Abstract:This paper introduces the concept of executive force,analyzes on the importance of improving the executive force for small and medium-sized enterprises,and points out that the small and medium-sized enterprises should strengthen and perfect the human resource management system from four aspects of talent selecting,talent cultivating,talent utilizing and talent keeping.
