| Abstract: | A new intelligent integrated surveillance system is proposed in this paper with the increasing number of medium sized and small sized transformer substations during the reconstruction of rural power grid.The new system,which has a high performance price ratio and can be popularized conveniently,is able to perform video surveillance and acquire electrical parameters.Some key techniques are also discussed. |
