| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of semiconductor manufacturing industry,this paper analyzes the specialities of the enterprises manufature.It analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of the ERP system in the industry of semiconductors.On the basis of the practice of engineering,it discusses how to desgin and to realize the ERP system fitting for semiconductor manufacturing industry. |
