原位动态红外光谱法研究热塑性树脂的热性质

摘    要:采用原位动态红外光谱法研究全氟磺酸树脂和聚醚醚酮的热性质,实验表明:在实验温度范围内(室温~400℃)全氟磺酸树脂的主链结构稳定而树脂分子中存在的不稳定端基(-COOH)则在升温过程中发生分解脱羧和关联反应,聚醚醚酮在室温~400℃范围内具有较好的热稳定性,但随温度升高,与结晶性质有关的吸收峰发生明显变化,由开始变化的温度存在差异可知,在聚醚醚酮树脂中存在不同类型的晶形结构。

Abstract:A method of FTIR in situ to study thermal stability of perfluorosulfacid resin andPolyether Ether Ketone(PPEK) is introduced in thisthesis. It is shown thai: at the rangefrom ambient temperature to 400 t, the backbone of pcrfluorosulfacid resin is stable, butthe unstable end group(-COOH)dccomposes when heated and PEEK has surprisinglythermal stability. With the rising of temperature, the absorption crest changes with thecrystallinity changing. Different kind or crystal forms have different changing temperature.
