摘    要:手机视频流技术是一种接收端在持续接收传输来的数据的同时观看视频的技术。在实际的无线视频流交互式框架下,为了减缓无线网络的波动所带来的影响,一种应用于优先进步流的自适应速率控制方案可有效控制服务质量,传输的速率会根据网络状态发生自适应的调整。通过仿真分析比较了采用以及不采用该方案下的实验结果,实践证明在网络波动情况下该方案可有效提高系统整体性能。

Abstract:Mobile video streaming is a technique that the receiver could continuously view the video content while receiving the data. Under the framework of mobile video streaming, inorder to reduce the fluctuant effects caused by wireless network, an adaptive rate control method is presented for priority process streaming with QoS control. And the transmitting data rate can adapt to a suitable level according to the network status. Both cases with and without the proposed methods were examined and the result shows the proposed modal is able to improve the overall performance in cases when the channel conditions fluctuate.
