HBV基因型与临床治疗研究进展及中医治疗新对策

HBV对抗病毒药物所产生的耐药性问题是导致药物冶疗失败的关键环节。迄今的研究成果显示，病毒耐药性的产生与病毒的基因型具有密切关系，同时HBV感染后疾病进展、病人预后以及中医药的临床分型与治疗也与HBV的基因型有密切关系。目前看来具有彻底解决HBV感染问题的RNA干扰治疗也建立在HBV的基因词控基础之上。故而对HBV的基因型及其亚型在我国的分布及其临床意义有必要做更进一步深入地研究。本文将从这几方面对近期的文献做一综述。

The review of the relationship between HBV genotype; clinical research and new therapeutic countermeasures of TCM

The key points which leads to failure of the anti-HBV treatment is the virus evolves drug tolerance. The research achievements till now show the drug resistance,the development of the HBV infection and the the prognosis of the patient are closely related with the genotype and subgenotype of HBV. The TCM treatment as well as RNA interference is based on the genotype of HBV too. We need to do more research on the genotype and subgenotype of HBV,so that we can draw a geographical distribution map of HBV domesticly. This paper is going to review the lately progress of the HBV genotype research.
