低成本铁碳复合非均相Fenton催化剂制备及其性能

摘    要:采用低成本浸渍烘干工艺制备铁碳复合非均相Fenton反应的催化剂.结果表明:催化剂中的Fe主要沉积在颗粒活性炭(GAC)的微孔结构中,可有效降低Fe的流失,提高Fe的利用效率;通过研究偶氮染料活性黑5(RB5)的脱色效果,在铁碳复合非均相Fenton催化剂投加量为2 g·L-1,H2O2最佳投加量为0.5 mmol·L-1,pH值为2的条件下,Fenton反应的脱色效果最佳;反应1 h后,对20 mg·L-1的RB5溶液脱色率可达95%,催化剂中Fe的溶出量为0.62 mg·L-1;催化剂经过5次循环使用后,仍有较好的活性,在最优条件下,RB5的脱色率依然能达到78%.

Abstract:Iron-carbon composite was prepared as heterogeneous Fenton process catalyst via low cost impregnation and drying method. The results showed that the iron of catalyst mainly deposited in the micro pores of granular activated carbon(GAC), which could effectively reduce the leaching of Fe, and improving the utilization efficiency of Fe. By studying the decolorization of azo-dye reactive black 5(RB5), the decolorization effect of Fenton reaction was the best under the conditions of iron-carbon composite dosage 2 g·L-1, H2O2 optimal dosage 0.5 mmol·L-1, and pH=2. After 1 h reaction, the decolorization rate of 20 mg·L-1 could reached 95%, and the leaching of iron in catalyst was 0.62 mg·L-1. After 5 times reuse, the catalyst still showed good activity, under the optimal conditions, and the decolorization rate could still reached 78% under the optimal conditions.
