施工企业标准化能力评价指标体系构建

施工企业标准化能力能够更客观地综合反映企业整体的发展状态,标准化能力成为施工企业核心竞争力的重要因素之一。基于对施工企业标准化能力内涵和特征的界定,将施工企业标准化能力界定为质量维、过程维、效益维3个维度;在文献整理和系统分析基础上,确定初选指标并归类,通过半结构化访谈对初选指标整合、优化,形成包含46个指标的初选指标集;利用偏相关分析和变异分析对初始指标集中相关性高、差异性大的指标进行筛选,得到包含30个指标的施工企业标准化能力评价指标体系;采用效用系数和稳定系数方法对指标体系的整体稳定性进行检验。结果显示,所建立的指标体系有较好的稳定性和有效性。

Construction of Evaluation Index System for Standardization Ability of Construction Enterprises

The standardization ability of construction enterprises can more objectively reflect the overall development of enterprises,Standardization ability becomes one of the important factors of core competitiveness of construction enterprises. Based on the definition of the connotation and characteristics of the standardization capability of construction enterprises, the standardization capability of construction enterprises is defined as quality dimension, process dimension and benefit dimension. On the basis of literature review and systematic analysis, primary indicators were determined and classified. Primary indicators were integrated and optimized through semi-structured interviews to form a primary indicator set consisting of 46 indicators. Partial correlation analysis and variation analysis were used to screen the indexes with high correlation and large difference in the initial index concentration, and the evaluation index system of construction enterprises'' standardized ability was obtained with 30 indexes. The overall stability of the index system was tested by means of utility coefficient and stability coefficient.The results show that the index system is stable and effective.
