丁苯橡胶-韧性聚苯乙烯复合改性沥青制备工艺及老化性能研究

摘    要:为克服应用于高海拔山区SBR改性沥青高温性能不足的弊病,本文通过添加SBR和TPS改性剂制备复合改性沥青,系统研究了剪切速率、剪切温度等因素对复合改性沥青路用性能的影响,最终确定了复合改性沥青最佳制备工艺,并在此基础上确定了其改性剂合理掺量;进一步研究了SBR-TPS复合改性沥青经短期老化、长期压力老化、紫外老化前后其路用性能变化,对SBR-TPS复合改性沥青的抗老化性能进行评价。结果表明:剪切温度和剪切时间对复合改性沥青高低温性能影响较大,而其他因素影响相对较小,改性剂的合理掺量为4%SBR+6%TPS;相较于SBR改性沥青,SBR+TPS复合改性沥青抗老化能力尤其是抗紫外老化性能得到了显著提升。

Abstract:To overcome the disadvantage of the unsatisfactory high temperature performance of SBR modified asphalt, in this paper, composite modified asphalt was prepared by adding SBR and TPS. The optimum preparation technology of composite modified asphalt was determined by studying systematically the influence of shear rate, shear temperature and other factors on the pavement performance of composite modified asphalt. On this basis, the reasonable dosage of modifier was determined. The pavement properties of SBR-TPS composite modified asphalt after RTFOT, PAV, UV were further studied, and the anti-aging properties of SBR-TPS composite modified asphalt were evaluated. The results show that the shear temperature and shear time have a great influence on the high and low temperature performance of the composite modified asphalt, while other factors have a relatively small influence. The reasonable content of the modifier is 4%SBR+6%TPS.Compared with SBR modified asphalt, the aging resistance of SBR+TPS modified asphalt, especially the ultraviolet aging resistance, has been significantly improved.
