摘    要:活塞缸是准流体保险机构中重要的机械零件,其力学性能对引信功能的影响非常大。若设计不当,在弹丸发射过程中缸体变形过大,活塞不能正常抽出,回转体无法回转,就会导致引信失效。该文利用ANSYS软件,对活塞缸进行了力学分析;并根据计算结果,对由活塞引起的引信失效原因进行了详细的分析。

Abstract:Piston jar is the important part of the quasi fluid safety mechanism.Its mechanics property affects the fuze's function greatly.Improper design of the piston jar will cause its greater deformation upon firing the projectile,resulting in abnormal extraction of the piston and leading to hard return of the rotor,as a result the fuse failure occurs.The mechanics analysis is done on the piston jar with the ANSYS software,and the reasons of the fuze failure caused by the piston jar are analyzed in more detail based on calculation results.
