以钢渣为粗集料的密断级配磨耗层沥青混合料设计及评价

摘    要:以柳钢钢渣为粗集料,对钢渣的性能进行系统试验,采用骨架空隙填充法进行了钢渣密断级配沥青混合料的设计,并考虑到钢渣的外形结构特点,调整了钢渣沥青混合料设计和成型工艺参数.试验结果表明:所设计的沥青混合料各项性能指标均达到SMA技术要求.

Abstract:The steel slag of Liuzhou Steel(Group)Co.is selected as coarse aggregate and its performances is tested by the numbers,then a dense gap graded friction course asphalt mixture using that steel slag as coarse aggregate is designed with coarse aggregate void filling method(CAVF).In this paper,several craft parameters are adjusted during design and manufacture of the steel slag asphalt mixture because of the steel slag's characteristic of contour structure.The laboratory examination shows that performance of the designed steel slag asphalt mixture meet the requirements of SMA.
