渐开线直齿轮齿根裂纹扩展模拟

摘    要:利用自由度耦合方法建立了具有旋转自由度的齿轮接触模型,用以分析齿轮的应力应变场。采用奇异单元和等参单元混合分网的方式建立了齿根裂纹的有限元模型。基于ANSYS有限元软件平台,依据弹性断裂力学理论编制了齿根裂纹生长的自动分析程序。模拟了渐开线直齿轮齿根裂纹扩展过程,模拟结果与试验结果相吻合。

Abstract:A tooth contact analysis model with a rotating freedom was developed by coupling freedom method to determine the stress and strain field of gears. A finite element model with crack in gear roots was established with mixed meshing of singularity and isoparametric elements. The automatic analysis program of crack propagation was developed based on the ANSYS software and linear elasticity fracture mechanics. The crack propagation of involute spur gears was simulated, and the result is consistent with the experimentation results.
